Our local authority client requires a part time Administrator for their grounds maintenance, sports and leisure services in Merton and Sutton.

This role includes supporting the Contract Managers to fulfil client requirements and implementing initiatives to improve and monitor the performance of the services.

The responsibilities include maintaining filing systems and audit trails, ensuring month end figures are delivered in a timely and accurate manner and processing and recording timesheets for the Payroll Department. Ensuring documentation relating to staff is submitted to HR is also part of the job.

Applicants must have administration experience. The knowledge and skills required include excellent report writing and strong oral communication with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of people.

Candidates need to be competent in ICT including MS Office applications and working with data bases.

This role is Monday to Friday and the hours are from 9.30am to 2.30pm so would suit people who need to do school runs. It is five hours per day, 25 hours per week
