Office Manager – Part time

Our client is a strategic marketing and trend consultancy, who have ambitious growth plans. They advise on strategic marketing and commercial issues for global clients in a range of industries. They are now looking for an Office Manager to join their team.

Location: Central London – Waterloo (closest tube stations – Lambert North, Waterloo, Southwark, Elephant & Castle)

Hours: Part time, 4 to 5 days a week – Full time working would be considered

Salary: £25k - £27.5k pro rata

As the Office Manager you will be responsible for managing our client`s new office and their office suppliers. You will support their Operations Team and their HR Manager with general administration duties and HR administration including recruitment and onboarding of new employees. You will also support administration for other areas of the company as and when required. You will pick up incoming calls, arrange business travel, welcome visitors and organise the required training.

Previous experience of working in a similar Office Management role is required. You must have experience of opening and working in a new office, and of managing a team within an office environment. Strong IT skills are necessary, including competency in Microsoft packages and Outlook. Awareness of Health and Safety procedures is also necessary.
