Role: Part Time Administrator (Financial Services)

Hours: 21 to 28 hours per week over 5 days (flexible on days and exact hours)

Salary: £12.50 per hour

Holidays: 25 days plus Bank Holidays (pro rata)

You must also be able to cover holidays for up to 20 days per annum

Our client, due to current growth, is seeking to recruit a part time administrator to its admin support team.

The core duties are:

* processing applications
* completing application paperwork
* entering information onto the database
* following business through to completion
* processing letters of authority
* chasing outstanding information
* answering the telephone
* dealing with the post
* document scanning
* general administration

Essential Experience:

* experience of working in a financial advisors (1 year)
* knowledge of pensions and investments
* excellent organisational skills
* excellent communications skills (written and oral)
* IT literate
