Our Specialist Litigation Law Firm client are currently looking for a Document/E-Filing controller to work very closely with the office manager and take ownership of all documents firm wide. Main duties will include Coordinating all activities related to document control including storage, management and tracking company and client documents, maintaining document control filing, whether hardcopy of softcopy documents, coordinating and liaising with all fee earners to ensure documents are filed to the right location and are accessible to all, checking and approving documents before they are scanned/archived with external agency, ensuring all files/folders are correctly marked and saved to TIKIT Document Management System for future reference, Assisting the Office Manager with administrative tasks which may include assisting with (but not limited to) office supplies and equipment, stationary, post, courier deliveries, reception duties, meeting room bookings, IT, training and compliance. This role will allow the successful candidate to take ownership of all of the firms documents as well as having a varying range of tasks helping them to improve their current skill set. This role will be working either 3 days with the hours of 9:00AM – 6:00PM or working 5 days a week between the hours of 9:00AM – 1:00PM or 2:00PM – 6:00PM, the role is paying up to £22,000 pro rata
