LOCATION: Ashton Under Lyne

JOB TITLE: Internal Export Sales Support

SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive dependant on experience

WORKING HOURS: Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 5:00 & Friday 8:30 – 2:00

THE COMPANY: We are currently working with one of the leading suppliers of black, white, colour and additive Masterbatch plus a range of pigment dispersions to both the UK and export markets. Due to the company expanding they are now recruiting for an Internal Export Sales support to join their team in Ashton Under Lyne.

THE ROLE: As Internal Export Sales Support you will be required to keep all clients old and new up to date with new and current products. You will be contacting customers daily so being confident and passionate about the product is essential. The company’s export sales account for 70% of their total sales so being multilingual is highly desirable!

Key Responsibilities for the role Internal Export Sales Support to include:-

• Keeping contact with current customers – mostly from European countries.
• Sending monthly price quotation & finding new potentials
• Keeping Customers up to date with all new materials.
• Finding new Customers – presenting company via e-mail/phone. Sending company profile and product range. Chasing for feedback, creating the interest.
• Coordinating sample dispatch for customer needs, with laboratory and transport responsible support.
• Creating and keeping up to date Sales Reports and Sales Summaries. Monthly or weekly basin.
• Keeping up to date and cataloguing Customer Files and Sales Supporting Data (e.g. AMI files).
• Assisting our General Manager in export sales, Customer visit coordinating
• Excel spreadsheet work – updating information on a regular weekly/monthly basis

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will need to be a hard working individual who can work on their own initiative. You will ideally have experience working within the Plastics / Polymer industry, however this is not essential. You will need to be sales driven and not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to customers.

Key experience essential for the role of Internal Export Sales Support:-

• A minimum of 12 months working within an Internal Sales Support position
• Experience using Microsoft and Excel
• Live within a commutable distance to Ashton Under Lyne
