REGISTERED NURSES - CHICHESTER
24 or 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends
Our client is an expanding family-owned business with 20 beautifully appointed care homes across Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire and West Sussex.
Vacancies have arisen for Registered Nurses (RGN / RMN), to join their team at a dedicated Nursing home in the beautiful cathedral city of Chichester. Nursing at one of their care homes is dynamic and fast paced; no two days are the same. They've created environments where you can take the initiative and lead using your excellent clinical skills and knowledge to deliver the highest standards of nursing and person centred care, whilst respecting residents' independence and choice.Nurses ( RGN / RMN) take responsibility for care planning, drug administration and consistently meeting our own high standards and those of our external regulators. Nurses also supervise the appraisal and development of our Senior Care Leads, Healthcare Assistants, student Nurses and other care staff. Respecting confidentiality, you will have regular, sensitive contact with residents' families and friends as well as with other health professionals.
You will be a qualified Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN ) with a current NMC registration (PIN) who is able to demonstrate how you have proactively updated your knowledge and skills.
You are friendly, kind, honest, reassuring and an effective communicator and you'll share our goal of delivering excellence in person centred care. Whether newly qualified or more experienced, we have great career prospects for you.
They're small enough to get to know you and care about your individual needs, yet large enough to offer excellent onward career opportunities within the group and they regularly promote from within.
