Job Title: Internal Sales, Account Manager

Package: £24,000 - £25,000 + Uncapped Commission + Rapid Progression into Field Sales.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Internal Sales Manager, you will be expected to work with existing clients, up and cross selling new renewals/ solutions to them, so the ability to build a lasting rapport is essential. On top of this you will also carry a new business target so candidates with a "fire in the belly" for new business are required. Although their portfolio is software-led, my client also offer a whole array of services including training, consultancy, design services and analysis. The role will be based from their North London/ Middlesex Office office and will be 100% internal to begin with. The natural progression of this role will see you into field sales within 12 months.

The Candidate:
You will be ambitious and dynamic, self-motivated and have a high level of customer service and sales skills. You will also be a polished, well-presented sales person, ideally degree educated, who can deal with people at all levels. The Package:
Excellent remuneration package that includes a base salary of circa £24,000 - £25,000 depending on experience, with a uncapped OTE of circa £35,000 + mobile, excellent chance for career development within 12 months if successful, as well as excellent working conditions and a team bonus related to the performance of the team.
