A fantastic boutique business with professional offices in Birmingham City Centre is looking for a part-time administrator to work 21 hours a week over 3-5 days. Within this role you will be required to support a busy team of 6 in all administrative tasks. This is an all round office coordination role in which no 2 days will be the same. You will be responsible for diary management, call handling, document production, processing expenses, and ordering stationery. You will ideally possess experience within the property sector.
Due to the nature of the role, you must be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages and will ideally have a demonstrable knowledge of PDF and MAC packages. The role will also incorporate client facing elements including coordinating meetings and assistance with several events over the year.
