Company Secretarial Role, Full time to Part time, near Slough

Your new company is UK leading charity in its specialism founded in the 1800's, based near Slough.
Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring that the charity is compliant with all standard financial, regulatory and legal practice and maintains high standards of corporate governance. You will play the lead governance role for the organisation, planning and implementing compliance related activity and act as a point of communication between the Management Board and Board of Trustees, advising senior leaders on issues of governance.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will have had prior experience as a Company Secretarial Professional in the public sector. You will be able to work with people at all levels and have excellent verbal and written communicative skills. A degree in Law, Business or Finance is required and the ICSA qualification would be preferred, however is not essential. You will also need to write a shot summary on why you would be a good fit for this position.
