Do you want to work for a leading provider of residential care for children and young people? Our client is providing employment opportunities to join their established teams in children’s homes and leaving care services across Greater Manchester.

Even if you have no prior experience this could be your opportunity to start a career caring for children and young people. They will provide training and qualification to Level 3 Diploma and support from experienced teams to enable you to succeed with a structured pay scale and career development opportunities.

What are the roles?
These are full time permanent roles and part time positions available. They will involve providing daily care and support for our young people including daily routine support, communication, independent living skills, learning and leisure activities. Some challenging behaviours may present, so similar experience is preferred but not essential.

What are the hours?
The roles operate on a rotating combination shift pattern as below:
Early shifts between 7.30am – 3.00pm
Late shifts between 2.30pm – 10.00pm
Split shifts: Late shift, sleep in and early shift combined
Average 37 hours per week, including working weekends and sleep in duties paid as additional hours

What are the benefits?
Salary from: £16,500 - £21,500 (including additional sleep in payments and subject to experience)
