Lloyd Recruitment Services are currently working with a leading client based in East Grinstead who currently have a requirement for an experienced Office Administrator - Receptionist to join their team.

They are seeking an experienced on a Part time basis to work 30 hours per week. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm.

Salary for the 30 hour working week - Salary of £13,606 - £16,328

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Covering the reception desk, emails and telephone enquiry services
  • Maintaining the office filing systems
  • Assisting in the planning of meetings
  • Management of office supplies
  • Process bookings
  • Handle all aspects of customer accounts
  • Update social media accounts
  • Compile and distribute the e-newsletter
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be required commensurate with the grading of the post.
Skills and experience required for the Office Administrator role:

  • Minimum 2 years in a Customer facing, administrative type role
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Calm under pressure
  • Organised and methodical
  • Confident IT user
