We have vacancies supporting adults for a full-time Support Worker in our service in Woburn, Bedfordshire; for occupational reasons only female applicants should apply.





About the role



You will play a key part in assisting the two young ladies we support to live as independently as possible. You will join in with their favourite pastimes and hobbies, helping them be active members of their local community.



The work can be demanding and doesn't suit everyone, but if it's right for you, you'll find it incredibly rewarding and valuable. We will provide you with full training and with day-to-day help and advice from your Head of Service.





What we need from you



Experience is not necessary, as we provide a full induction and free training programme, so this role is suitable for a trainee. People join us from many different backgrounds, it's more important to us that you have a positive approach and are willing to learn.



It is essential for these positions that you hold a full manual driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK, as you will be required to drive service vehicles.

Salaries are dependent on successful completion of a probation period. Part time positions are pro rate.
