An exciting opportunity for a motivated candidate with proven telesales / telemarketing experience working for a recently founded food brand based on the South Coast.

Gourmade is a family run food business which is progressive and rapidly growing with International potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for generating sales leads, and prospecting new clients. The successful candidate will be involved in pushing the company forwards and having a direct influence on our growth success. As well as generating leads, you will be responsible for contacting our existing clients to update them about new products or promotions to increase sales.

Part of the job will require you to enter and update our customer database, taking and processing orders accurately, directing prospects to the field sales team when needed, and working to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

You will be joining a small dynamic team who are passionate about the business. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a start up company which is going to go a long way!

•Previous sales experience essential

•Previous customer service experience essential

•Capable of working within a similar sized business as opposed to an environment that is too ‘corporate’

•High level standard of English and Maths, at least to GCSE A-C (or equivalent)

•Experience with CRM systems desirable


This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday.

08.30am – 17:00pm will be your standard hours, however we would also consider the possibility of part time hours.

Flexibility for occasional evening work during busy periods will be required.

Annual leave will be 20 days per year (plus Bank Holidays). A minimum of 5 days leave may need to be taken over the Christmas period when the office shuts down.

Due to the location of our office, own transport is essential.

Salary is dependant of experience.
