Our client, a successful IT solutions and services provider in the High Wycombe area, who are experts with next generation technology, are looking to add an additional salesperson to help drive them on to the next phase of their growth in a b2b sales role. This role has uncapped commission and great OTE potential. Progression is available for a career focused applicant as development opportunities could see you be supported into a product specialist role with even greater earning potential.

The focus of the role is 80% new business and 20% account management and each day, you will develop new relationships with clients to understand each of their specific business requirements. You will be expected to build warm data and qualify leads, whilst working closely with the marketing team to create and respond to enquiries from campaigns that will help with business development. You will also be supported by senior sales management, who will help support you to nurture the relationships you establish with clients, overcome gatekeepers, pitch the technology to match clients requirements. You are not targeted on the number of calls you make, but on booking 10 appointments per month, as the focus is on the quality of calls rather than the quantity and if you are a capable sales person, you can easily over-achieve which can significantly benefit you financially.

This would be a great opportunity for someone who has previous internal sales experience focused on new business. It could suit someone looking for either full time or part time (most work patterns considered and a career returner could be a good option) with real ambition and drive to achieve. Any specific experience of IT sales would be ideal, but may not be essential - more important is having seen success in a previous internal sales role.
