Job Description

Experienced Accounts / General Administrator required for a busy office, working as part of a team

Duties to include

Daily banking

Bank reconciliations

Credit Control

Data imputing of customer orders

Dealing with customer queries

EDI entry

General office administration including answering incoming calls and other ad hoc Administration tasks

Location - Barwell

Hours of work – 9.00am-3.00pm

The Successful Applicant will have:

* · A good working knowledge and experience of accounts software, preferably Sage
* · Experience in Sales, Purchase and Nominal ledgers
* · Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
* · Some knowledge of EDI preferred but not essential as training can be given
* · Accurate inputting skills required
* · Confident and have excellent communication skills
* · The ability to work under pressure with a pro-active attitude
