I am recruiting for an administrator to work for my client based in York City centre.

This is a 1 year maternity leave contract to commence in March working 3 days per week. 24 hours in total.

The duties include;
Document control
Creating invoice batches for finance
Ordering consumables - stationary/safety shoes/refreshments
Co-ordinate meeting room bookings/ordering buffets
Input proof of deliveries into SAPS
Book and control of hire vehicles
Book hotels
Greet visitors/answer telephone/Mail
General admin duties as required
