We are delighted to say we are expanding our supported living services in the Flitwick area, so we are looking for full-time (38 hpw) and part-time (various) Support Workers. We are only accepting application from Females at this time, due to an occupational requirement.



You'll be working with seven people in their twenties who live in their own accommodation in the Flitwick area. You'll support them to maintain day-to-day domestic skills and to get out and about, going swimming, bowling, shoppng, to the cinema and for walks. People have a range of learning disabilities, autism and some physical disabilities.



You'll take your turn working shifts on a rota, including days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins (up to two a week).



You don't need experience, we provide a full induction plus all the training you'll need. If you're cheerful, patient and kind, with loads of common sense, then you'll be a great fit.





Some things you need to know




Some people need help with personal care
When unhappy or frustrated, people occasionally display behaviour that can be challenging. Full training and support is provided.
You must hold a full manual driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK, as you will be required to drive service vehicles.

Salaries are dependent on successful completion of a probation period. Part time positions are pro rata.
