Legal Secretary Job in Central York.

Your new company
Hay Office Support are currently recruiting for a leading legal firm in York. Due to continued success this organisation is looking for an experienced legal secretary to join their team and support the Insurance Law Team.

Your new role
Within this role you will be completing audio and copy typing, you will complete complex diary management and planning external and internal meetings. You will assist with file opening and closing in line with the firms policies and procedures. You will support the fee earners with marketing and drafting letters. You will also be Providing financial administrative support to fee earners including processing expenses, billing, and assisting with client financial queries.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be an experienced legal secretary. You will have strong communication skills. You will need a minimum of 70 words per minute and strong computer skills including Outlook and Excel. You will be able to multitask and prioritise your own workload.
