- This RVP Sales role is for a hands on Sales Leader to come in and manage, mentor and grow an existing team of 6-8x Account Executives who focus on bringing in New Business.
- Leadership responsibilities such as hiring, training, reporting, forecasting, day to day deal flow and closing.
- Yourself and the team will be presenting to C-Level Execs and Senior Stakeholders on the value of cloud-based solutions with average deal sizes can be varied between £100k-£500k+.
- Office based in Thames Valley, when not out on the road with you team.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2-3 years Sales Management/Leadership experience (earlier on in their management career).
- Worked in a similar leadership role successfully leading a new business focussed sales team of a similar size (6-8x people)
- Coming from the Applications Software/Enterprise Software space for a leading vendor or smaller organisation.
- Strong people management skills, must be someone that has a hands on/involved management style that will be a key influencer and mentor to the team and support with deal closing on a day-to-day basis.
- Thames Valley commutable.
