Join this fantastic customer services team who provide excellent administrative support to the Company's independent financial advisers and mortgage brokers.This role provides a great route into to the Financial Services profession with lots of scope for personal development and career progression.

This is a great opportunity to join the company, providing administrative support to the existing customer services team.

Your duties will be varied and will include
- Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls
- Making calls/requests to, and dealing with pension, investment, insurance and mortgage companies along with general office duties.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm paying a basic salary of £12,000 to £13,000 dependent on your experience and qualifications.

Experience within the Financial Services industry is not necessary, however, experience within customer services is essential as well as Maths & English GCSE Grade C upwards (or equivalent) as a minimum.
