The Role

Joining the English department you can expect to be welcomed as part of a supportive team of Teachers. You will work together to ensure pupils across the Academy are engaged and enthused in their learning and be innovative in your techniques in doing so. You must also be a great team player with first class communication skills.

About Us

The Skegness Academy, part of the Greenwood Academies Trust, is located in the seaside town of Skegness on the beautiful Lincolnshire coast. It opened in 2010 and occupies a large site with extensive sports facilities, green space and new and refurbished buildings which give pupils and staff a high quality learning environment.

The academy, led by Gary Carlisle, Principal, has a very vibrant, supportive and hardworking team, committed to promoting high achievement in education whilst ensuring that standards of behaviour and uniform are impeccable. Pupils are supported to not only achieve highly but also to ensure they are prepared for their future through a variety of enrichment opportunities.
