The Company

A north west based construction company are actively recruiting due to expansion. This is a new role for the company and will include all around administration support and with therefor be an excellent position for someone who enjoys a varied role.

This company offer a range of services across the North West including maintenance to council properties, new build housing and general construction schemes. This role will be based from their Liverpool Waste Disposal site and you will be comfortable working in this environment.

The Role

This is a varied position where you will support with all around administration duties including:

* Processing information on an internal system.
* Dealing with any customer calls/ queries.
* Data entry on to both a company system and excel spreadsheets.
* Filing, Scanning and Photocopying.
* Organising existing and outdated paperwork into a filing system.
* All around administration support to the Administration Manager.

What you need to succeed

You will be an experienced Administrator with excellent IT skills and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. You will be immediately available to both interview and start a permanent role. In addition you will need to be comfortable working in a waste disposal environment which can sometimes be a loud and untidy environment.

Experience working within the construction / waste disposal industry would be desirable but is not essential.

You will be available to start immediately and happy to commit to a permanent contract.
