Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Office Administrator to provide some much needed support to our team. They will undertake administrative tasks relating to HR, bookkeeping, EA duties, and office management, ensuring the rest of the team has adequate support to work efficiently.



HR - 

  • Create and maintain accurate records in our HRIS (HR Information System)

  • Scanning, filing and general document management

  • Support organisation of company events

Finance - 

  • Bookkeeping procedures - gathering receipts and reconciling financial transactions

  • Assist in sales invoicing and credit control

  • Inputting purchase invoices

EA/Office - 

  • Schedule meetings and manage diaries for management team

  • Make travel arrangements (UK and International) for management team

  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders/replenish where necessary



  • Proven experience as an office administrator/office assistant or other similar role

  • Able to work without supervision

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Methodical and through approach to work

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to handle confidential information

  • Strong record keeping skills

  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting procedures

  • Technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
