They personalise and tailor their service to the needs of the individual in order to provide comfort and reassurance to both the client and their families. The provider always put the individual at the heart of the service, they spend a minimum of 1-hour with their clients, so they can provide the best service, and build better relationships.

·£8.30 per hour, plus holiday pay;

·Part-time hours available, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends;

·Assisting clients with their morning or bedtime routines;

·Prompting and assisting to take medication;

·Assisting with washing, dressing and some other areas of personal care if required (all of our clients have different needs);

·Taking clients out shopping, or attending local groups;

·Attending doctors or hospital appointments;

·Helping clients maintain a healthy, balanced diet;

·General domestic duties, such as cleaning, dusting, washing, ironing etc;

·Being a companion and the light of someone’s day.

What skills/experience do you need?

·Experience is not required as full, comprehensive training is provided;

·You will want to make a difference to someone’s life and have a big heart;

·You can be any age group and from any background, there is no upper limit;

·You will be able to strike a relationship and rapport with the person you are matched with;

·You will also have a UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
