ClarityTMS are seeking a Administrator to work for our client on a part time basis. This role will require you to work over 5 days but would suit someone looking to work within school hours.

We are looking for a competent Administrator to support the operations team uploading contracts, documents and proposals on to the internal systems. You will need to be able to prioritise your workload efficiently, meet deadlines and deal with day to day enquiries. You must have excellent communication skills. Attention to detail is very important in this role and experience using MS Office including Excel is essential.

Skills Required:
• Has a strong command of the English language, along with a keen eye for correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
• Possesses excellent communications skills.
• Is capable of working without direct supervision.
• Knows computer software applications such as MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Communicates well with others, both verbally and in writing.
• Works well under pressure.
• Is able to meet strict deadlines.
• Has a typing speed of no less than 40 words per minute
• Is flexible and can change focus from one task to other quickly and easily.

This position will be an initial contract period of up to 3 months (could be sooner) with a view to the role becoming permanent part time.

An immediate start is available for this position.
