LOCATION: Blandford Forum, Dorset

JOB TITLE: Night Support Worker

SALARY & BENEFITS: Starting at £18,127 per annum depending on skills and experience.
6 weeks annual leave, full training provided (QCF level 3 qualification cost would be covered), pension contribution, cycle to work scheme and onsite parking

WORKING HOURS: 4 on and 4 off rota, around 42 hours per week + overtime

THE COMPANY: Our client has an exciting opportunity available in Blandford Forum, Dorset for Night Support Workers to join their team. Our client is a residential school, teaching students from 8 - 19 years old.

THE ROLE: For the role of the Night Support Worker, you will be providing guidance, support and encouragement to young people in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities for the Night Support Worker role to include:-

To build professional relationships with the young people and other staff at your establishment and throughout the company and disengage from these appropriately.
To maintain a safe, clean and enjoyable environment to live and work in, this will involve domestic duties.
To support our young people maintain their personal cleanliness, general hygiene and appearance, this may include intimate care, following individual care plan.
To assist or be a Keyworker for 1 or more young people as required/needed.

THE CANDIDATE: For the role of Night Support Worker, you will be a reliable and flexible team player. You will be friendly, kind, honest, reassuring and an effective communicator. You share the company's goal of delivering excellent care and you will need to live within a commutable distance to Blandford Forum, Dorset.

Key experience essential for the role of Night Support Worker:-

Awareness of the general health, safety and welfare of young people.
Ability to follow a work pattern and attend work punctually and reliably.
