Job Title: Part–Time Receptionist
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Salary: £9,000 per annum
Working Hours: Wed,Thurs&Fri – 9:00am – 5:00pm
Fixed Term Contract – Ending 1st Feb 2019

Adecco are working with a very exciting client based in Welwyn Garden City. The client is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist for a fixed term contract ending on the 1st Feb 2019. There is already a receptionist covering Monday and Tuesday and they are looking for an enthusiastic and professional candidate to work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

You will be responsible for:
• Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
• Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
• General Admin duties and filling.
Receptionist Skills and Qualifications:
• Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organisation, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills.
