We are offering a 'Welcome to Mears' bonus of £250 - £300 (depending on level of experience) for all new starters who join our company.

The Care Workers role will involve:

* Providing all aspects of personal care to clients including washing, bathing and toileting
* Healthcare, including assisting the service user to take medication as appropriate
* Providing practical support and domestic tasks including laundry, cleaning, shopping, preparing and cooking meals
* Support and enabling as required
* Providing specialised care for clients with more complex needs if required

The successful Care Worker will have the following:

* A full driving licence, valid to drive in the UK with access to your own transport
* A flexible approach to work with the ability to work early starts, late finishes and alternate weekends
* Social care, Health Care, Childcare, Food Safety certifications or similar
* Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* A hard worker who is reliable and willing to go the extra mile

There are full time and part time (evenings and weekends) hours available. Applicants must be willing to work alternate weekends and demonstrate good levels of flexibility. You will need to be available to work between 7am - 11pm.

This role would suit a Care Worker, Support Worker, Domiciliary Care Assistant or Carer.
