Customer Service Administrator - Evening Position

Our client based in Rochester are looking for a candidate with proven Customer Service and Administration experience.

* Respond to written and verbal customer service queries to meet quality, time and customer satisfaction targets
* To maintain customer accounts to ensure that all information produced is clear, accurate and timely
* Log all contacts from customer against the customer's account to ensure comprehensive and accurate records are available
* To give advice and support to colleagues when they seek it.

The hours are Monday to Friday (3/4 evenings per week) 4pm-9pm. You will also be expected to work on Saturday's, 8am-1pm.
