NHS HR Administration Assistant in the Bradford area.

Taskmaster are currently seeking an HR Administration Assistant for an NHS client in the BD18 area.

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Rates of Pay: £7.05-7.90ph.

Duration: End of March 2018 initially, with scope for extension.

Job Summary

To provide a high quality and effective HR Administration service in the HR Resourcing team. The post holder will undertake key administration tasks that support the delivery of the Resourcing team as a whole.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support as part of the Resourcing team which will include inputting data, validating information, ensuring data accuracy, producing reports, scanning information and query handling.
* Be responsible for the provision of a HR reception service, welcoming and directing visitors.
* Maintain accurate and up to date information in all e-HR systems.
* Ensure employee files are maintained to the highest standard.
* Assist in the collation and distribution of information as required.
* Be involved in HR projects as delegated.
* Support the team in taking and responding to phone calls and responding to on line enquiries through Footprints.
* Support and advise employees on how to access the Trust e-Learning system; including the re-setting of passwords and enrolling staff on to courses.
* Respond to queries from employees and direct appropriately if unable to answer the query.
* Support the issuing of correspondence to staff and managers as required.
* Undertake one off projects as necessary with guidance and support.
* Take notes at meetings, produce and distribute minutes.
* Maintain the workforce development website (Connect) as directed.
* Design and distribute a HR newsletter within set timescales.
* Monitor the completion of all training courses after the month end, expediting any missing attendance sheets.
* Attend events including recruitment fairs, open days, targeted recruitment events.
