A well established Bank based in their office based in Hammersmith, West London is looking for a experienced Office Coordinator to work on a part time basis. Working Monday to Friday 9.30am-3.00pm, the set times can change dependent on the needs of the candidate. You will have at least 3 years' experience of office administration and reception duties, the main purpose of this role is provide support to the Business Administration Manager in the day to day management of the office facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* To provide general administrative assistance as required to the management team.
* Receptionist/Switchboard duties and meet and greet, including offering refreshments.
* Provide support to the HR Manager in the administration of staff training/qualification.
* Assisting the HR Manager in maintaining Staff Attendance records.
* Assisting the HR Manager with processing annual background checks.
* Primary responsibility for liaison with external contractors.
* Ensuring the firm's compliance with UK Health & Safety and First Aid requirements.
* Booking travel and making visa arrangements where necessary.
* Ensuring stationery is kept replenished on a timely basis including maintaining of toners.
* Arranging catering and refreshments for Board and Committee lunches.
* General housekeeping, e.g. ordering of water, tea, coffee etc, emptying of dishwasher, etc.
* Setting up conference calls/room bookings.
* Assisting with the monthly petty cash expenses.
* Archiving - maintenance of register and liaison with suppliers/departments.

Key Skills Required:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* At least 3 years' experience of office administration
* Willingness to turn hand to any task
* Trained in first aid or willing to undertake training would be advantageous but not essential.
