Office Manager - (Part-time & permanent position)

Bristol, South West

3 days per week 8am to 5pm

£22,000 - £30,000 (D.O.E.) + Company Benefits + Pension

Are you looking to play a key role within a successful company where you will have responsibility of communicating with all departments and ensuring the smooth successful running of the business?

You will play an integral role in their success and have the benefit of only working 3 days per week enjoying more than half of the year off.

The company are specialists in a niche area within construction and have worked on wide range of high profile projects throughout the UK and overseas. They are looking to continue in their success and looking to continue to expand.

This role would suit an ambitious Office Manager or similar who has strong qualifications and work experience.

The Role:
- Varied role at the heart of the operations within the company
- Ensuring the smooth running of the company whilst ensuring legal and corporate governance are adhered to
- Other duties include but are not limited to: maintain ISO Management systems, HR and Admin tasks, organising agendas and papers for management meetings, advising staff in T's and C's changes etc.
- Part time 3 days per week - permanent position

The Person:
- Must have previous experience in a similar role
- Must have a degree - Ideally in Business Management or similar
- Must have knowledge of ISO Management Systems
- Able to work under pressure and must be exceptionally organised
