RealBee Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager for their respected client based in Lincoln.

This is a permanent, part time position.

Your role as the Finance Manager will be to provide financial management to the company provide information, guidance and support to the Chief Executive and management team, ensuring they have the financial information required to carry out their roles effectively.

Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:

Line management responsibility of the finance assistant and data officer.

Maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control and petty cash.

Manage cashflow and provide cash flow forecasts.

Oversee external payroll and pension processing.

Prepare monthly financial information and management reports.

Provide detailed monthly variance analysis and forecasts.

Prepare annual accounts and reports in conjunction with the Chief Executive.

Understand financial implications for the organisation and report any anomalies or concerns to the Chief Executive.

Work with the Chief Executive and management team to produce annual business plans.

Produce detailed costing all new projects or service changes.

Monitor and report on the financial performance of individual services.

Undertake cost reduction analysis in all areas.

Maintain a register of current service contracts.

Ensure all income is invoiced and received.

Set annual budgets for the company as part of the annual planning cycle.

Develop, implement, maintain and ensure compliance with all necessary systems, policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.

Liaise with auditors to produce audited accounts.

Requirements of the Financial Management:

A qualified accountant ACA or ACCA or someone who can demonstrate equivalent experience.

Professional person with a business-like approach.

A team player with a positive outlook & “can do” approach, who is focussed on supporting other senior team members.

Ability to work with a wide range of people.

Good organisation, planning and communication skills.

Experience in Sage/Xero is desirable.

Excellent Excel skills.
