PERMANENT – PART TIME SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR – MILTON KEYNES – £10,400

Our client, a leading company in their industry are looking to recruit a Part Time Service Administrator, for their Customer Service Team.

You will provide administration support to the Customer service department

Responsibilities:

* Take incoming calls and inquiries relating to the service function
* Prepare estimates and quotations for the repair and calibration of customers equipment
* Liaise with suppliers and third parties on arranging and progressing repairs and calibrations
* Regularly update customers on the progress of the service carried out by the company on their equipment
* Perform sourcing of spares as and when required
* Book in all equipment received for repair / calibration and accurately record data relating to the specific service function
* Attend weekly progress meetings and regularly report the repair status / progress to the customer
* Assist the Service Manager with prioritising of work by reporting on any specific requests or deadlines imposed by the customer
* Prepare delivery paperwork and booking collections with carriers and freight forwarders both in the UK and internationally
* Assist the Sales Office Manager in general office duties as and when required and provide office cover during holiday periods

Requirements

* Proven experience in administration
* Experience of Customer Service, with effective communication skills
* Experienced in using Microsoft office
* Excellent organisational skills

Working hours: 20hrs per week Monday – Friday 9.00am – 1.00pm or 10.00am – 2.00pm

May increase to 25 hours if the roles requires it.
