Do you fancy watching football or visiting the museum with two young men who are learning to live more independently?

You'll be working with two young men who have learning disabilities and are moving into their own shared home for the first time. You'll be part of their core staff team, supporting them with everyday living such as making appointments, shopping, cooking and helping to keep their new home clean.

They have a wide variety of interests, and one is taking a music technology course at college. You'll encourage them to keep up with these and other activities they enjoy, as well as developing a good social network in the local community.

You don't need experience, just bring your normal friendly self to work and we'll provide all the free training and back-up you need.

Some things you need to know

You'll take your turn working shifts on a rota, mostly weekday and weekend evenings from 5 to 10, with one to three sleep-ins per week. You will also work occasional day shifts.
These are part-time roles (hours by negotiation)
You need to be a driver with your own transport.
