Supporting a busy team with all administration tasks - you will offer admin support to the manager as well as liaising with head office as required.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Answering the telephone.
2.Using a P.C. for letters etc.
3.Accepting deliveries using in-house computer system.
4.Dispatching customer orders.
5.Communicating to customers and suppliers over the telephone to chase returns and purchase orders.
6.Reconciling till reports, entering payments into bank book and going to bank.
7.Making sure all paperwork is filed correctly.
8.Assisting other positions in the branch if and when required.

Personal Skills:
Excellent organisational skills
Great communication skills
Good IT skills and knowledge of all Microsoft packages
Able to well as part of a team
Flexible attitude and willingness to 'Muck In'

This role is being considered on a part time basis - minimum hours required are 25/30 hours per week - working across the hours below!
Working hours are 7:30am - 5pm

Pay rate is £8 - £8.50 per hour - plus company benefits including pension, uniform, free parking and profit share scheme.

This role allows you to learn and develop within the business - allowing for further development and progression
