Our client who provides a range of Insurance and Accident Management solutions has a great opportunity for an Insurance Customer Service Advisor, dealing with customers and keeping them up to date with the progress of the repair of their vehicles. You will also be required to communicate with suppliers throughout the repair process with the purpose of keeping vehicle off road time to a minimum.

This position would ideally suit a candidate who is currently working within the insurance/claims industry and is looking to take the next step up the career ladder, however candidates that display excellent customer service experience or skills will also be considered.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
·To take telephone calls from customers regarding update on their vehicles.
·To communicate with repairers and suppliers regarding the collection of non-driveable vehicles and windscreen repairs.
·To accurately record all the relevant customer and accident details.
·Problem solving
·Basic customer complaints
·Responsible for agent utilisation

Please be advised there are full time and part time opportunities available working between 8am-7pm, over 7 days a week
