We are looking for a part time Admin Assistant to support the Facilities team in Eastleigh Southampton on a six month fixed term basis, with the potential to increase to twelve months if required. The hours available are between 12pm and 6pm Mon-Fri, however we can be flexible, if the a suitable candidate needed to work 1-6, or 12-5, etc.

This role is largely back office, providing support to our legal teams, including post, photocopying, scanning, filing, and keeping the office tidy and fully stocked with stationery. Please see attached job spec.

This is a busy, varied role working within a legal professional services environment.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including administration of legal file opening and closures, collection and distribution of filing / post / other documents, general filing / archiving and other admin tasks as requested.

You must be able to work quickly and accurately and work well within a team environment. As you will be required to cover for your colleagues on occasion, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate well in person, in writing and over the phone.

You must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience of working within a professional business.
