Office Manager – Part time

Our client is a strategic marketing and trend consultancy, who have ambitious growth plans. They advise on strategic marketing and commercial issues for global clients in a range of industries. They are now looking for an Office Manager to join their growing team.

Location: Central London – Waterloo (closest tube stations – Lambert North, Waterloo, Southwark, Elephant & Castle)

Hours: Part time, 4 to 5 days a week – Flexible on working hours & full time also considered

Salary: £25k - £27.5k pro rata

As the Office Manager you will be responsible for managing our client’s office and their office suppliers. You will support senior members of their team, and assist their teams with administration duties such as recruitment and onboarding of new employees. You will pick up incoming calls, arrange business travel, welcome visitors and organise any required training.

Previous experience of working in a similar Office Management role is required, ideally they are looking for someone who has managed a growing office of between 30 - 60 people. You must have experience of managing a team within an office environment, awareness of Health and Safety procedures is also necessary.

You may also have experience of or be interested in: Office Manager, Office Coordinator, Office Administrator, Receptionist, HR Administration, Senior Administrator, H&S, Facilities Manager, etc.
