Stafffinders are proud to be sourcing an enthusiastic and reliable Administrator to join our well-established client in the Renfrewshire area on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing organisation where you will be supported by the Operations Manager. This is a key role which requires your meticulous and organised approach as well as your excellent customer service skills
Your day to day will involve responding to enquiries, checking invoices, providing a high level of customer service via phone and email, ensuring that any required action is taken in a timely manner and to the utmost standards. You’ll also oversee all bookings, transfers and cancellations and oversee the running of the booking system.
As you are people person, you will be able to communicate effectively with customers and other departments within the business which is a key factor within this role.
The star quality for this job is having excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, good written and verbal communication skills, excellent telephone manners, proficiency in MS Office, attention to detail and problem-solving skills and most importantly- being a good team player!
This is a part time 6-month fixed term contract. Hours will be over 5 days Monday – Friday (25 hours p/w) Please note, you may have to work longer than contracted hours during busy spells, so ideally you will be an individual that has a degree of flexibility.
