Exciting times to join Prospero Teaching!

Due to the growth of our SEN clientele Prospero Teaching we are in search of candidates looking to work within an SEN School; schools that caters for children with autism, learning difficulties, behavioural challenges and physical disabilities.

I am recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistances and Learning Mentors. The ideal candidate would have relevant experience and transferable skill sets. Relevant experience can come from working within a similar role such as youth work, sports coaching, play schemes, support and residential background.

I am working with several SEN Schools who have committed themselves exclusivity of working solely with Prospero Teaching for any staffing requirements. Our pool of SEN clientele is growing week by week - hence why we are heavily recruiting for candidates!

Degree or Level 2/Level 3 Qualification in Education (or an equivalent)
SEN Training such as 'Understanding Autism' and 'Behaviour Management'
Team Teach/PRICE/NAPPI positive de-escalations training

Dedicated specialist SEN consultant who you can reach 24/7
Flexibility: options of working either part time, full time roles or on an adhoc basis.
Opportunity to work within different schools until you find your perfect placement!
Competitive rates of pay varying from £58 - £75 starting daily rate
Free CPD courses

Candidates with lack of experience but are enthusiastic in making a difference within SEN students are welcomed to apply. As I am also representing SEN schools that overlook experience over enthusiasm! As the school would provide the relevant training alongside Prospero Teaching CPD courses too.

To be considered for this position, please forward me your CV and a short covering letter to or alternatively call in on 0121 227 2430. I would welcome an informal discussion by telephone or in person.
