Roving Admin Assistant - part-time
Places for People Developments are thrilled to announce that they are looking to attract a part-time Administrative assistant to join their award winning team.
What your role will be
Owing to a continued increase in workload we now require an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support to the construction team to help the business meet performance targets and to support the management of the site offices. This position will require travel to the current 3-6 sites around Edinburgh and the Lothians.
You will work within a supportive team working alongside an experienced Admin Manager, who will support, mentor and guide you. This is a great opportunity to develop your administration skills in a busy and friendly office environment.
Please note that you will work three days per week; the days of which are flexible and can be discussed at interview.
Ideally you will have previous experience of working within an administrative environment with a good understanding of what good customer service looks like. You will be able to maintain accuracy even in periods where the workload can seem higher and you will enjoy pace and variety in your work.
Due to the nature of the role we need you to have a proven track record of effectively managing multiple priorities with the ability to positively influence and communicate with individuals at all levels. In order to be successful in this role you will need to have a certain level of I.T. skills, we would expect you to be familiar with Microsoft office packages in particular Word and Excel.
