Salary: £38,000.00 - £40,000.00

We are recruiting for a deputy manager to work within a newly refurbished nursing home situated near the lakes on the north-east side of Peterborough.

This home provides nursing care for older people, as well as expert care for individuals with dementia. This home scored brilliantly in their CQC report receiving 5/5 .

There are long-term or respite / short-term care packages available, ensuring that each individual is provided with the best possible care based on their needs. This is a great opportunity for a experienced nurse with management experience to take the next step in their career.

Job Description: As a deputy manager your responsibilities will be deputising in the managers absence, appraisals, one to ones, ensuring best practices are followed to upkeep good CQC scores as well as still maintaining the clinical aspect of your role.

Person Specification: You must be a qualified Registered Nurse to apply for this role, with senior experience desirable and we will accept applications from nurses of any specialism ( General Nurses ( RGN ), Mental Health Nurses ( RMN ), or Learning Disability Nurses ( RNLD )). The Home Manager welcomes both managerial experienced and nursing looking to take the next step up in their career, as full training and support will be provided no matter your level of experience.
