The Client:
Compass Associates are proud to be recruiting an experiences multi-disciplined theatre practitioner for a leading Private Surgical Hospital located in North London, making it easily accessible from Central London and Home Counties. This hospital is open 7 days a week and offers a range of serveries including orthopaedics, cosmetics, ENT, endoscopy, gastro, general, gynae, max fax and urology. My client prides themselves on their high standards of patient care and friendly atmosphere.

The Role:
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and qualified theatre practitioner seeking a new challenge. Your role will be to provide quality planned care for patients during their peri-operative phase of care and to support and assist the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department. This is a full time role consisting of 37.5 hour weeks, which requires a flexible individual to work long days and the occasional weekend to fit in with their internal rotation.

You must be a Registered Practitioner with the NMC or HCPC to apply and be successful in this opportunity. If you have a minimum of one year's experience, then this would be ideal for role for you.

Role requirements:
Registered General Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner
Registered practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
2 years post qualification experience
Operating theatre trained
Passion for high quality patient care
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High sense of personal responsibilities
Ability to work as part of a team
Passion for high quality patient care

Summary:
My client is seeking a passionate and experienced ODP, with 2 years post qualification experience to join a growing team. In return, there is a generous salary of up to £35,000 on offer, plus excellent benefits including pension, and additionally private health screening and health insurance after one year of service.
