Here at Buy It Direct due to continuous expansion we are looking to recruit Sales Advisors for both our Inbound and Outbound sales teams. Both roles offer fantastic earning potential with completely un-capped OTE. These are not cold calling roles; our inbound sales advisors take calls from our customers calling wanting product advice you are there to offer the advice, make sure the customer is purchasing the product right for their needs and offer additional products / warranties suitable to them. Our outbound advisors call our customers who have recently purchased one of our products to offer them our lifetime warranty cover.

What else will you have to do?
In both teams it’s optimising every opportunity that comes your way, and you’ll be rewarded financially through un-capped commission structure. We’re looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Advisors, you will need to be confident and have a fun personality in order to build that much needed rapport with your customers. Previous sales experience is not essential just the ability to engage with our customers, listen to their needs and sell the product that is right for them, this isn’t a ‘pushy sales’ position.
As you’d expect it’s key that you ensure that every customer who contacts Buy It Direct leaves having had a great experience to make sure we encourage them to return to us next time they need one of the many items that we sell. We’ll make sure you get all the training and then it is up to you to sell to all the customers you talk to and make the most of every sales opportunity!
So what’s really important to us? We’re really keen to hear from you if you’ve got experience of working with customers be that in a retail, contact centre, sales or hospitality role and feel you have the ability to talk to our customers and sell our products. And whilst there’s no cold calling, it’s still all about selling, therefore you need to be driven and resilient to make the most of every call, as well as keeping our customers happy at all times.
- In-bound Sales - 40 hours per week, working 5 over 7 both with a combination of 9:00am - 5:30pm and 10:30am to 19:00pm shifts with weekends on a rota basis.
- Outbound Sales – Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm with 1 Saturday in 3 (we do have the flexibility to offer part time hours or flexible working in this team)

- Basic Salary £16,000 - £17,000 OTE £30,000 average however this is uncapped
