Pier Recruitment are assisting a client looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator for a busy team in Portslade. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate who is looking for part time work until the summer.
This is a part time role for 2 days a week but there may be further hours available. Initially you will be working on a temporary basis for 2-3 months but there is the opportunity for this to be extended or to become permanent.
Please note that you will need to have experience within a similar role and you will need your own transport to get to this company.
- Administrative support to the finance team
- Dealing with invoices
- Statement reconciliation
- Scanning and filling
- Liaising across departments and with external suppliers via email, phone and in person
- Have experience within a similar position
- Be highly capable with Purchase Ledger
- Be able to hit the ground running
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Work well within a team
- Be happy to get involved in all areas of administrative support
This position is due to start as soon as possible and will last at least 3 months. You will be working two full days but this could be extended. The role is paying between £9- 10 per hour.
