Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD)

Location: Outskirts of Chesterfield, Derbyshire

Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 per annum (£14.50 per hour) + excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time or part-time hours available

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Clinical Lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work in a welcoming and homely nursing home based on the outskirts of Chesterfield, Derbyshire. The home is ideally situated in a pleasant residential village on the outskirts of Chesterfield centre and is close to local shops and amenities. This warm and cosy nursing home cares for elderly residents, as well as dementia care and care for residents with challenging behaviour. This versatile service offers residents short term, long time, end of life and palliative care to suit their needs and requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking leading healthcare provider in one of their beautiful nursing homes on the outskirts of Chesterfield, Derbyshire. The service boasts an excellent reputation and good CQC rating. The healthcare team are passionate about the high quality of person centred care that they provide. The Home Manager is looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the home. The manager is very flexible and can accommodate both full and part time hours and both nights and day shifts are available.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous leadership or management experience is essential for this position.
