Job Title: Deputy Home Manager

Location: Nr. Norwich, Norfolk

Salary: £35,000-£36,000 per annum subject to experience

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Deputy Home Manager within our client's tasteful conversion of a Tudor Style country house, catering for up to 30 residents, employing a qualified team of carers who are thoroughly resourced and skilled in the provision of dementia care. The home is set in well-maintained landscaped gardens and is a short distance from one of the premier boating areas of the Broads. With a warm, cheerful and relaxed atmosphere throughout.

This Deputy Home Manager role is special. If you are the best, the salary will be even better.

Seeking a strong, experienced Deputy who is nurse qualified and who wishes to be part of a forward-looking team with promotional prospects. Someone who has dedication running through their core.

The home has a stable staff team who are passionate and caring about their work and is now looking for that special someone to work with the home manager and continue taking the home forward to the next level.

Person Specification:

* You should have excellent leadership experience with good working relationships with multidisciplinary teams.
* Previous management/ leadership experience is essential for this position with experience ideally within a similar setting.
