Location : Altrincham

Salary : £16K - £22K depending on experience (+ Bonus)

Full/Part time hours available

Some homeworking involved

CMR are looking for a Recruitmet Resourcer/Administrator for their office in Altrincham.

Duties to include :-

Placing Adverts
Formatting CV's
Interviewing candidates for roles both by telepohne and in person
Helping the Consultants with admin tasks
Screening candiadtes
Data base maintenance
Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
Negotiate contracts and new starter packs
Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc

Skills Required

Attention to detail
Be able to work to deadlines
Good IT Skills
Excellent customer service skills
Use of a databse
Knowledge of recruitment processes
Have good communication skills
Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease
Be persuasive, persistent and patientBe able to cope with pressure

Be flexible and adaptable
Have a mature personality
Have good organisational and administrative skills
Have the ability to prioritise
