Salary: £15.50 per hour ( £33,000 per annum) - negotiable dependant on experience

Hours: Full Time, 42 hour contract

Contract type: Permanent

Service Details : We are currently looking for a highly-motivated Unit Manager to manage a team of nurses within one of the UK's leading healthcare providers. The Care Home caters for the following: Dementia Nursing, Nursing, Convalescence, Palliative and Respite Care. The Nursing Home provides the right level of care tailored to each resident while allowing them as much independence as possible. The home is in a great location and is easily accessible from Birmingham city centre, Smethwick, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall and other surrounding areas.

This home is part of a reputable, market-leading healthcare company with excellent standards for providing effective, individualised care for all their residents. The home has an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high.

We are looking for a Unit Manager who displays the same desire and passion for care, showing integrity, kindness, and an ambition for personal development.

To apply for this role, you must be a Registered Nurse ( RGN, RMN or RNLD trained ) with a valid and up-to-date NMC registration.
